Owing to recent pandemic situation, following the instructions from local Authority on Covid-19 prevention and control, in order to strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures, test takers who registered for IELTS test at Chongqing University need to be aware of and abide by the following important requirements:
1.You are not under 14-day compulsory quarantine, stay-at-home order, medical surveillance or a self-quarantine order, as specified by the Chinese Government.
2.Requirement on Nucleic Acid Test (NAT) Report: 1) candidates from Chongqing are required to show a negative nucleic acid test report (issued by a local authorized hospital) within 48 hours prior to your first exam date;2) candidates from any cities outside Chongqing withlowrisk area(s) are required to showonenegative NAT reportin Chongqingwithin24 hoursprior to the first exam date (If candidates leave Chongqing between two exam dates, they will have to showanother onenegative NAT reportwithin24 hours in Chongqingprior to the latest exam date;3) Candidates from Chongqing University, if you return to the campus before the exam date, you must follow the University Regulationson Returning To Campus (the 8th version) strictly i.e. compulsory quarantine, medical surveillance, NAT and etc. If you have already been allowed to study or attend any activities on campus before the exam date, you are required to show your university student card (or campus card) and your valid ID before entering the exam venue.
3.Before enteringthe test venue on test day, test takers will be required to present their green health code,travel history codes for tracking the travel history in the past 14 days. To be allowed to enter the campus and attend the test, test takers’body temperature must be below 37.3℃.Test takers should enterthe campus fromthe North Gateof the campus.
4.Test takers returning from overseas as well as Hong Kong, Macau and/or Taiwan should have already stayed in China for 4 weeks or more (from the point or arrival to the first test day) and are required to provide a negative Nucleic Acid Testing (NAT) report within 24 hours prior to the test day in order to be allowed entry into the university campus to take the test.
5.Test takerswho are coming or returning from cities with high or medium risk area(s) in the past 14 days (with * in the travel history code) are not allowed to enter the test venue.
6.Test takerswho have been to cities with positive cases even not highlighted in high or medium risk areas or to continental border cities in the past 7 days will not be admitted.
7.Test takers are not allowed wandering on the university campus nor entry into buildings other than the test building. Parents or companions are not allowed entry into the campus either. Taxis,hired cars and private cars are prohibited from enteringthe campus.
Please be sure you prepare the necessary documents in advance to attend the test.
